I would never recommend these apartments! these apartments are managed by scammers who make false claims and try and make up false damages when you move out! I am going to have to start my review here and finish it in the comments as for some reason I am not able to type alot in this box so please read comments. Boulder Ridge falsely accused my girlfriend and I of having per damage inside our apartment. First my girlfriend is highly allergic to both cats and dogs! RecommendedThe lead maintenance man here is the best!! He is quick and one of the nicest maintenance guys I’ve ever met! I appreciate him so much! I called (after hours) and he was there within minutes! Five star service right there!!

worst place to live. they don't fix anything, they represent they're company horrible and they definitely don't care about their tenants.
I’ve lived here about 5 1/2 years and I really really like it. The thing I like most is that if you have a problem in your apartment all you have to do is call and the management team sends someone quickly to get it resolved. I have not had many problems since I lived here but when I called it gets fixed right away. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with friendly people and awesome staff. Beautiful, quiet apartments with great management and quick maintenance. I’ve lived here for over a year and haven’t had any problems. They clean the trash from the complex every morning and mow about once a week. Neighbors are quiet and kind. Great location, walking distance from a gas station with several grocery stores and fast food places within a couple miles. Excellent price for the location and amenities. We love living here!
I lived here a few years back in a townhome for the same price as a flat I am in today... I think they just give everyone random prices. The first time about 5 yrs ago I loved it no cigarette butts anywhere, no violations, loud noise, or anything. Moved back to Oklahoma.The new people are cool asked for my mirror to be replaced in a restroom... it’s only been since last month. It’s in BA school district.
