I thought the procedure was intended to replace gum tissue that had recessed as a result of pulling from the frenulum connecting my lower lip to my lower gum. The recession is still apparent and it looks like the frenulum is gone. Perhaps the gum line will develop as the graft heals and grows.

I wished the bill had been lower for me as a senior living mainly on my Social Security. That's why I go to Dental Aid. But I was waiting forever for my extraction through them and couldn't wait anymore. So I had to bite the bullet and pay what for me was five years of dentistry for a single visit.
