I was very impressed with the level of care I received when getting my tooth extracted. The whole process of getting an implant was nicely explained to me. The whole team is excellent and I would highly recommend their services.

Your policy decision not to inform clients when Wendy has a substitute isn't one I agree with. Had you called, I could have at least "vetted" Elaine on the phone and might have agreed to see her. Glad I saw Wendy this time. She gave me background on Elaine so if Wendy is unavailable and you let me know ahead of time, I can agree to go with her next time.

Not enought appointment options. The only negative is that each appointment that gets made, gets changed. Highly unusual for a professional office.
