About as unprofessional as it gets. Talked to two salesman, one who couldn’t figure out how to send an email, and one who needs to work on his people skills. Comparing their car with one from Illinois, and apparently the Tiguan here is worth $2,000 more because cars in Illinois blow up. EDIT: After leaving a review, the sales manager Troy reached out. I have been using Boucher Volkswagen of Franklin for service of my red Beetle since 2008. Last service was today 8/29/25. Service guy was David E. He was exceptional. Always goes the full mile. He always looks for different ways to save costs on parts for me. And the final bill was actually less than the initial estimate. Wow! Just love Boucher VW and all the employee's. Highly recommend them. 🫶 🤗 🥰
I had a great experience at this dealership. I called and spoke to Jacob about a car I had found online. He had it ready and waiting for a test drive when I got there. They gave me a fair number for my trade in, all very straightforward. I would highly recommend Jacob and this dealership.
