If you want white glove treatment, you need to buy your next vehicle from Joe Hacker!! Thank you also to Henry Tessmer for connecting me with all the right people and finding the perfect car for me!! This dealer sold me a car and not until I signed all the papers and took the car home did they call and notify me about it being a lemon. It became a 2 week process after getting an attorney involved to have the situation rectified. Not a great experience...

brought car in for electrical problem and when we picked it up there was a large crack in the windshield. service manager was very defensive when talking to him. also promised picture with a date stamp to prove the crack was there when we brought it in. he sent 3 pictures no date stamp on them and will not send pictures with stamp. in 2 pictures cannot see crack but can in 3rd picture
Everytime I go to Boucher Cadillac I am treated like family! Everyone is really friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership!
Great Dealership.. saved thousands from local dealer and they pick my car up for service and return it washed and vacuumed. After 20 new Cadillacs... they’re the only place for me!
I brought my Escalade in for an electrical problem and when I came back to pick it up there was a foot long crack in the glass. I am very sure that it did not have a crack when I left it. They took no responsibility nor offered any regrets. They insist it was there and I am sure it was not. I do not trust them moving forward and will not be back for any purchases of vehicle or service at any Boucher dealership.
Great service as always, Excellent loaner vehicle. Always satisfied!
