I was in for an oil change -- met at the door -- time was scheduled so that social distancing could be observed. The service was very efficient and quick -- Dan Cola was quick and made sure everything was completed (and a car wash as well). I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!
Excellent service dept. friendly staff, excellent inspection of vehicle for an oil change. Washed my car after service.

3 weeks ago my 2008 Saturn Vue was dying a semi-quick death and on March 31 it went. I contact Boucher Cadillac and I had the easiest, best car shopping experience EVER. Recently moved to the area and was happy to find a good dealership. My first experience was very good with all the sales people being very pleasant and accommodating. I then brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it all went downhill from there.
