We've been going to Mark Botwin since he had office at Villa Linda mall. How many decades ago was that?Â
The St. Francis office is gorgeous...very elegant. I've been getting my eyes checked and buying glasses at Botwin for quite a few years now and have always had a very good experience. I wish my vision insurance covered designer frames, but, alas, that isn't Botwin's fault. :-)Â

I recently had an eye emergency and I was given an appointment for the next day with no problems. That evening I received a call from Dr. Jeremy Botwin moving my appointment to earlier in the day. I received excellent care from him and feel reassured that I am being well taken care of. I have been a patient of the Botwins since their early days. Their staff are excellent and friendly and the place is run really well. I feel fortunate to be under their care.Â
What I especially appreciate about Botwin is that they make allowances for emergencies. I have had two occasions this year when I required immediate attention and they accommodated me. Â
My entire family has been going to Botwin for at least 10 years, and we're always happy with their care and customer service. Â
Great service, and thorough. More than just getting a prescription, they are looking at overall eye health. Doctors and staff are professional and organized.Â
