After walking in off the street and spending over $500 for frames and $225 for lenses. I returned home and emailed the office my prescription that day. The lens type was discussed in the store and a selection made. After a few days I emailed to confirm receipt of my prescription and check on the progress, again, no response. A few days later I called and spoke to the salesperson I'd dealt with and was told the email I sent did not have the prescription attached. As a new patient I highly recommend Botwin Eye Group. Their office is clean and the whole staff is GREAT!! If you are looking for a better eye doctor you will be happy you chose them.

I love working with the staff at Botwin Eye Group/Oculus. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, never hurried, customer oriented. When I fell and scratched my lenses, they told me my glasses were still under warranty (due to expire in a couple of weeks) and gave me new lenses within two weeks. This kind of service creates very loyal customers....and I am one.

I love these guys. I’ve gotten multiple pairs of glasses with specific features - progressive, transition lenses, etc - and they make sure to get them right each time. Lovely people and a great experience!

As a new patient, I can honestly say that I only wish many other businesses in Santa Fe would be as customer service oriented as this place is. I was fascinated not only by the professionalism of the entire staff, but also by the fabulous design of the building and the cleanliness within it. Dr. Mark Botwin is an excellent eye doctor! He is very thorough and is the first doctor I've seen that has been able to accurately address my serious astigmatism problem. I highly recommend his office!

I like these guys. Office is clean and well staffed. Everyone is professional. Selection of eyewear is upscale to medium priced. Sales associates are knowledgable and focused on eyeglass fit rather than sales. Dr. Jeremy is great. He took his time tweak my prescription to ensure on got the proper strength contacts. He did not rush and worked through my concerns of blurriness. Holly helped me with putting my new contacts in and taking them out.
