Had a new patient visit with Dr. Micayla Fisher-Ives yesterday. Excellent experience! At 53 years old, I'll be a first-time wearer of glasses (or possibly contacts). The office staff and technicians were friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Fisher-Ives was thorough and patient, answering my questions, and teaching me what I need to know about my vision and my corrective options. Highly recommend!
I am very happy with the care I received from Botwin. Dr Jeremy is attentive and seems very competent. The office is well organized and responsive. Holly provided excellent contact lens support. They are busy. Book three months ahead.

My wife and I both had an excellent experience at Botwin. Dr. Jeremy Botwin did a thorough examination, including a detailed explanation of everything he found. The rest of the staff, from the receptionist to the technicians are competent, efficient, and customer friendly.

Being new to Santa Fe, it has taken some time to establish relationships with medical providers. The Water Street office of Botwin/Oculus was recommended by a friend. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant, relaxed. The exam was thorough, the doctor walked me through her findings and her prescription was in my in-box before I got home.
