My wife and I went for a long overdue eye exam. We saw Dr. Chen in the beautifully appoint downtown office. Service was excellent and Dr. Chen was outstanding -- patient, thorough, extremely knowledgeable. She will definetly be our go to for future needs.
This was my first eye exam in on over 20 years. I knew I had been losing my near sighted vision for about a year. Dr. Jeremy Botwin and his staff were all so very helpful. Julie assisted me in finding a pair of reading glasses that suit my style and lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Jeremy and your entire staff for being so professional and kind.

My daughter and I were very impressed with the treatment provided from the assistant, Dr. Jeremy to the contact fitting lady and the gentleman man who helped with glass fitting since the contacts were a wipeout. Each and every one of them was so caring and patient with my daughter. The assistant listened to my daughter how at her first eye appointment at an optometrist office was very traumatic because that office forced the dilated eye drops in her eye. Very good optometrist practice in Santa Fe. My provider, Jeremy Botwin, and his team used modern gear to fully characterize my vision, then provided effective scripts for correction. The only downsides were high cost and long delays in getting an appointment.
The team was amazing and professional. I called on a Friday and was able to come in the same day at 4 pm because of my eye situation and not have to wait until Monday. I truly appreciate Dr. Jonathan Botwin and the staff for seeing me on such a short notice. Thank you!
