RecommendedWe’ve enjoyed our time living here at Highpoint! It’s in an awesome part of town and walking distance to some great places! We’re excited for another year here and ready for all the new amenities to be open!
This place was at best “alright”. Upon moving out, they charged us excessively for things out of our control. They said the carpet needed to be replaced, but when I asked for proof that the actually carpet was replaced and this isn’t just a “money” thing, they couldn’t give proof. They scam people into charging people all this extra money that we have no control of. It’s ridiculous and strongly suggest you do not live here. On top of that, the crime rate in the area is absurd.
Do not rent here. They will take your money but there is no service. They almost have no building security and the office staff and parent company have zero compassion. Try south 400. This place is a polished turd.
