Awesome customer service. Had a full furnace replacement. A week later one of the controllers went which was a completely seperate issue but they arrived same day and replaced. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

When our water system completely failed we contacted Botticelli Plumbing and Heating, literally within a half hour someone was in our house accessing the situation. After locating the problem the necessary parts were replaced or repaired and our water once again up and running.
