My hot water tank blew on a Saturday. Called the after hours line and they had a tech call me right away. The on call plumber told me that they didn't have any tanks at the shop. WHAT??? You do this for a living and you don't carry a standard 50 gallon tank? Plumber said Home Depot tanks were no good and the supply stores were closed. You see where I am going with this...the dude CLEARLY does not want to help me on a Saturday! Boticelli Plumbing fixed all the plumbing issues that were left in my master bath by the previous owners and came back to install all my fixtures as well. They are extremely courteous, professional, and thorough. They also looked at a very minor issue in my other bathroom why they were here and fixed it without being asked. I highly recommend using them and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Were messy, used my chair as a ladder, found one employee in my back lot at 10pm and when a complaint was finally made, there was no follow up communication. Nightmare.
RecommendedI have had multiple plumbers come out to fix my shower with no success. I decided to give it one more try and not only did Botticelli fix it in the same day but also for a reasonable cost. They made it look like an easy fix where the other plumbers made it seem impossible. I will definitely be using them again.

Botticelli Plumbing came to my house again today to replace a failing frost free hose bibb. The men were just so nice and easy to talk to, I love having them in my house.
