My hot water tank blew on a Saturday. Called the after hours line and they had a tech call me right away. The on call plumber told me that they didn't have any tanks at the shop. WHAT??? You do this for a living and you don't carry a standard 50 gallon tank? Plumber said Home Depot tanks were no good and the supply stores were closed. You see where I am going with this...the dude CLEARLY does not want to help me on a Saturday! Boticelli Plumbing fixed all the plumbing issues that were left in my master bath by the previous owners and came back to install all my fixtures as well. They are extremely courteous, professional, and thorough. They also looked at a very minor issue in my other bathroom why they were here and fixed it without being asked. I highly recommend using them and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Want to thank Botticelli plumbing for the recent work on our bathroom. From the moment the crew stepped in our house they were top notch! The guys take pride in their work and delivered a high quality service. They were respectful and made sure to clean up after themselves as if they were never here. Were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Were messy, used my chair as a ladder, found one employee in my back lot at 10pm and when a complaint was finally made, there was no follow up communication. Nightmare.

I have had multiple plumbers come out to fix my shower with no success. I decided to give it one more try and not only did Botticelli fix it in the same day but also for a reasonable cost. They made it look like an easy fix where the other plumbers made it seem impossible. I will definitely be using them again.

Botticelli Plumbing came to my house again today to replace a failing frost free hose bibb. The men were just so nice and easy to talk to, I love having them in my house. From Denise in the office to the men in the field, these are the best people and best plumbers I've ever worked with and I've been in construction for more than 40 years? Love this company, thanks to all of you.

I have used Botticelli for close to 20 years and they have never failed me. Their workmanship is excellent, they know what they are doing and always leave a job site as clean as they find it. The best part is they ALWAYS show up when they say they will and on time. I have used several of their plumbers and I can't say a bad word about any of them, including their apprentices! Christine is very responsive and is also as good as her word. If you have an emergency they will respond quickly.
