The lack of professional oversight and the incredibly poor communication at this legal firm make it a very disappointing destination for anyone who is seeking dedicated advocacy during a difficult time. 25 years after the guidance of Jim Bostwick and Associates I can say that I am still thankful we reached out to them. They were instrumental in ensuring that the support our family member required was in place. You don’t want to need the legal services of Mr. Peterson, but he is absolutely the right lawyer if you do. His intellectual acuity and knowledge of the law, ability to advocate and negotiate – superb. His exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and kindness -- rare. His staff are the same (unsurprisingly). I was grateful to him before we won – and that is saying something isn’t it? The guy clearly is doing the work he was meant to do. If you need services he offers, do not hesitate – call him.

I met Erik Peterson at the most difficult time in my life. My case, was a horrific incident that cost the life of my mother. Mr. Peterson was very kind, patient and honest. He and his staff always returned calls and e-mails within hours, and gave updates on a regular bases. Sometimes he called just to see how we where doing. He fought hard for my family and gave us great results.
