If you are looking for legal help, be prepared to wait. You cannot reach anyone directly—you have to leave a voicemail or fill out an online form and hope for a call back. The lack of professional oversight and the incredibly poor communication at this legal firm make it a very disappointing destination for anyone who is seeking dedicated advocacy during a difficult time. 25 years after the guidance of Jim Bostwick and Associates I can say that I am still thankful we reached out to them. You don’t want to need the legal services of Mr. Peterson, but he is absolutely the right lawyer if you do. His intellectual acuity and knowledge of the law, ability to advocate and negotiate – superb. His exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and kindness -- rare. His staff are the same (unsurprisingly). I was grateful to him before we won – and that is saying something isn’t it? The guy clearly is doing the work he was meant to do. If you need services he offers, do not hesitate – call him.
