I absolutely love this place. Dr. Burbelo is amazing with my cat (Sebastian). Actually, the entire staff is. They are very knowledgeable,patient, gentle, and genuine. My cat is a senior (almost 17) and is going through a few health issues. He is now on a special diet and a few meds. When I first brought him in, I was a mess, but by the time I left, I felt so much better. They know how to explain things to you that are hard to understand. Dr. Burbelo and his staff are fantastic! I have been particularly impressed with their willingness to work with my hectic schedule-- they have allowed me to pick up medicine before/after normal business hours and have been flexible with last minute scheduling. Major plus in my book!! Every staff member I have made contact with has gone above and beyond my expectations and is extremely friendly. I am so glad to have found Boston Street Animal Hospital.
I am so happy with the service that BSAH has provided me and my pet! I was able to get Binx right in for an appointment same day and the moment I walked in the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Donna at the front was very helpful in getting me scheduled, getting Binx's prior records, check out and setting me up for a follow up appointment. The office was clean, organized and friendly. I've been to other vets for the last 15 years, but I went to Boston Street Animal Hospital in August since I now live in the city, and had a great experience. Maybe I was lucky by picking the right day to go, but when I called about trying to get an immediate appointment, they were able to fit me in within a couple hours. I really appreciated the information they gave me about how to give my cat a healthier diet. My pooch is a super complicated little dude who has several unusual health problems. I had a great experience at Boston Street Animal Hospital: got a next-day appointment, short wait time when I got there, and very attentive and patient advice from the vet, who was knowledgeable about many things and honest about what she needed to research further. We have been to 10+ animal hospitals and little Black Bean is a complex patient - this place rocks.
We are new to the area and started taking our lab, Boone, to Boston Street Animal Hospital. We couldn't be happier! Dr Danna is amazing. She takes the time to answer questions and talk with you! Thank you for being so sweet when I called desperately seeking a new vet for Zuma. You listened to my concerns, were so kind in reassuring me, and were so gracious to us when we came by for a spur of the moment nail clipping just to check things out. My daughter loves you guys and we are all so appreciative of the customer service and kindness to Zuma. You not only care for pets you care for their humans too. I have been going to Boston Street since my dog, Coco, was a baby. Everyone there, from the front desk, vet techs and doctors, are amazing and make my dog and myself feel at ease in sometimes very stressful situations. They are the best!
