They gave me the run around on purchasing prescription food after my vet sent records and a prescription.. urinary food for a cat,they would not sell it to me without paying for an exam, even though cat is not due. Had they told me this during the many phone conversations I had with them yesterday I would not have wasted my time. Taking my prescription for food to petco and will not ever step foot in this place again. Thanks for the run around !! Just moved here and I am astonished at how horrible I was treated there.

My dog was long overdue for his annual checkup and has a tough time at the vet due to his anxiety (even with meds). Dr. Kip was great with my dog and comforted him when he was getting his vaccinations. They visit was quick also, which was great for my anxious dog! Prior to using Dr. Kip, I used Dr. Danna for my previous dog. She was also great and respected my wishes for my older dog. I can totally understand why Dr. Danna was voted the "BEST" Veterinarian in Baltimore, because she is! I love her. She has literally saved my dog from suffering with so many allergies that were life threatening about 7 years ago and has helped all my other animals through their own illnesses. This veterinarian(Gregory Burbelo) had two previous animal abuse charges prior to him being employed by the Boston Street Animal Hospital, why did they even hire this POS! Why wasn’t a background check performed?� what say you Boston Street Animal Hospital?�

Mr. Presgraves, the person who commented on your post earlier is not a Boston Street Animal Hospital employee and never has been. If you have concerns about your personal animal and any care provided at BSAH, we can provide a phone number for you to speak to someone. Dr. Burbelo has been charged, plead guilty and sentenced. He is no longer associated with the hospital and has not been since October 2017. He has lost his license to practice and will not be returning to BSAH in any capacity at any time.
I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!! My dog Bella is alive today because of the wonderful care she has been given by Jodi, Dr. Kip & Dr. Danna!!! The staff is beyond amazing from the time you call to book an appt., check in, exam, and until you checkout. Sorry that 1 cruel human being can do such terrible things that effect all involved BUT rest assured that person is no longer there and your pets will be taken care of in the best way possible. Look no further BSAH is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
