UPDATE: Had to amend my review in light of recent events, as well as some mistakes made by the staff there that harmed my cat's health and hurt me financially. I strongly recommend that you find a different vet. I've been with Boston Street AH for a bit over a year now. Their quality of care is amazing. You can clearly tell they love animals as much as you do! First time there with puppy, very friendly staff, great service.
I recently moved from Oregon to Baltimore and wanted to find a great vet for my dog Henry. Immediately as I entered everyone was very kind and patient with Henry. The doctor was very informative about vaccines needed and how to save money with the heartworm medication that we needed. I would highly recommend Boston Street Animal Hospital to those searching for a new vet. I feel very comfortable bringing Henry back for follow-up appointments.
We have been going to Boston Street Animal Hospital for over two years! They have helped us so much. At 12 weeks old they diagnosed our pup with Parvo and essentially saved his life. The doctors and staff really care about your pet. Gus developed a lump in his back and Dr. Burbelo worked with us extremely closely. He called multiple doctors in the area and specialists to gather their opinions to come up with a solution that would not only be cost effective, but to avoid a surgery. My best friend Sassy is 15 years old and I have been taking her to Boston St. Animal Hospitals for years. I especially like the way they treat Sassy and help in recommendations to keep her in good health. Dr. Greg and his staff are always courteous and professional in their approach to Sassy's care.
I finally found the best animal hospital for Pete. I have tried 5 different places in the southeast Baltimore area to care for my pets. I was not satisfied with the service of any of them. In September 2015 I discovered Boston Street Animal Hosptial. Pete my young black lab gets the best care and he actually is excited with every visit. The staff is very caring and concerned about his health as I am. It could be a routine shots or emergency wound, they are always available when needed.
