Very disappointed to find out that starting in September the Family swim is no longer offered on Friday nights. The explanation that I was given over the phone that this due to staffing. Instead of making things better, we are losing privileges and services that were there for years
This was not a great week for us at BSC, Lexington. We've been long time loyal members supporting the club through regular attendance at the gym and the classes, my daughter over 10 years and me around 5 years. We've made many wonderful friends but this week something happened that changed our outlook of the club. Great quite gym. It’s spacious and has a lot to offer. Taylor at the reception was excellent. I went on a Saturday and I really enjoyed my workout.
Be very careful about billing from BSC. They keep charging amounts that don't belong to you. Also, they forget contract renewal waivers and will charge year end fee. When you go back and challenge they have forgotten the contact terms and will deny they promised the waiver. Also, you will never see a credit for your referrals ever. I spoke with the billing contact and she mentioned that she can cancel our membership, such is the response from these guys who are struggling to make it.
The instructors, Carolyn and Linda are excellent. They give a an excellent work outs appropriate for the clientele and demographics. They also respect the members fitness levels in a professional manner.
BSC in Lexington is such a wonderful place to work out! I take many classes from Ballet to Pilates and Streching and Zumba and Water Aerobics and Barre and Yoga...they are all such great and inspiring and accomplished teachers! They community is also very kind and wonderful- love coming here through out the week��!
