This place is disgusting. I paid thousands of dollars for a personal trainer sessions at this club and have been coming here for months. All of a sudden the lady at the desk tells me that I need to miss half of my training appointment so that I can wait in line with everyone who is just coming in to work out. Covid restrictions already stated that anyone who pays for one on one training comes before anyone else. Refund the fraudulent charges you are making against all the members during the pandemic and when you chose to ignore the cancellations.
Outdated equipment, unclear and unethical membership cancellations, sketchy management/ownership. Google BSC’s owner Town Sports International. Also, this stock (CLUB) is showing signs of them heading towards Chapter 11...
