Ordered a pizza on Nov. 29 th., ended up with a chunk of plastic jammed in to the roof of my mouth. There answer was to refund the cost of the food and twenty dollars as a credit. Not eating at that restaurant ever .If you do I suggest you check your food carefully before putting it in your mouth. NO EXSCUSE for that to ever happen. I will be reaching out to the health unit to voice my concerns.
Our server Danielle knows us so well and we love her personal touch. Food is always consistently good. I especially love Tuesdays where pasta and wine are a great deal.

Au menu, on y annonçait sous le signe ''NOUVEAU'' un fish & chip, un de mes mets favoris...Malheureusement, ce fut un échec total... Un des plus mauvais que je n'ai jamais mangé ...En plus je ne donnerais pas cher pour la soupe aux oignons...Je n'en ai pas fait allusion à la serveuse car elle a été d'une grande gentillesse....Enfin, je me suis senti comme si je venais de jeter 50.$ à l'eau.... Ordered our meal at Renfrew Boston Pizza and waited over an hour and still no meal and when I asked for it to go since we waited it was 2minutes and they had it boxed and in front of us . 3 other tables around us that came in after us were eating and we still never got our food . Terrible service
I believed that a franchise should be the same everywhere. well the ice district french onion soup is the best I have have in years. well done. but the pizza my friend had was mediocer. then the next night we were downtown and needed a quick meal and hit bp again. he had the steak sandwich- was the worst... a thin slice of tough beef. I had the shrimp tacos hoping to enjoy the coleslaw and it had no tang.. the shrimp was great. to much cheese.... will not be a good choice next time....
This boston pizza is the best with amazing service amazing foods and amazing ambience.
