Unaffordable and an aggressive collections department.
I have been with this establishment for a few years! The phone calls that I’ve made I get no answer to questions! I received a bill that says I owe 50 dollars for a phone visit with my therapist. I call to ask why the increase because it used to be 35 dollars! They claim they didn’t know about the increase! They have tried to double bill me before! I love my therapist, however, I don’t recommend anyone having to deal with the office staff!!!!!
