This office has been a significant source of stress rather than a place of care. I’ve dealt with what feels like constant harassment—receiving 2 to 4 calls and texts daily regarding insurance. Beyond the excessive communication, the staff’s demeanor is often rude and demeaning. The breaking point was having my appointment canceled via threat just minutes before it was scheduled. Navigating this office is genuinely detrimental to my mental health
Jackie Zziwa implied I was an addict and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused and told me to call the main line. I was told by Umama that the Zziwa was wrong and they could legally prescribe clonazepam in my providers absence as she is on LOA. I was told to call on-call if it was not filled. It was not filled.
