The location was great , 5th floor facing Fenway Park ... awesome time to be there , yankee and redsox game going on, the bed was fairly comfortable, water was hot in shower, we had like a studio room , one bed room and another room living room , and bathroom, 2 TVs large, flat screen on wall, poor connection , couldn’t watch anything except CNN channel , the hotel felt more like a home feel rather than a facility
Our first time in Boston and this hotel-Customer service- non existent especially for the cost of hotel. Shower barely worked(required a call to front desk ) blinds half worked , service in breakfast area was poor. Very young staff- they need to learn a thing or two about customer service
I enjoyed my little get away with my husband here. We had a cute little room which was very clean. I loved that the bed was amazing and extremely comfortable, the view was great, the room had a microwave, a very cold refrigerator and a coffee maker in it. The TV was a large flat screen. We ordered pizza from Uno's and they delivered it to our room. It was so quiet as we slept that you would've never known you were in downtown Boston!
