Tried to charge us before arriving when we chose no pre-payment. Cancelled our hotel room without any notice. Continued to try to charge us even when we tried to cancel.

My family stayed Easter week for 5 nights. We stayed in a 2 BR/3 bed room. We were VERY disappointed. This place is NOTHING like the pictures. It is old and run down. There was mold on the bathroom fan, cracks in the doors, paint chipping off the walls, exposed wires and pipes.... I wrote “clean me” in dust on the night stand and it was there for 3 days (until we checked out). Gross!! I would NEVER recommend to anyone to stay here.

The suite was clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. Very close to Fenway Park, hence the view. Very close to the Green Line, restaurants etc
Walk to Fenway. Clean. Resturant served a nice breakfast. Very good service thru out.
