Recommendedthe location was perfect for why we were there. The room was spacious but dated and pretty basic for the money you are spending. The bed was awesome and the hot water was rockin in the shower!! I would stay again.

When I entered the hotel, I bothered the desk clerk, Alexis to check into my room. I was shocked how she treated me. Upon check out I received the same rude treatment from Alexia. She also mentioned when you dont book directly thru the hotel, you get the worst rooms
I recently stayed and was very surprised how rude I was greeted and treated by the desk clerk Alexis.She made me feel very unwelcome and clear when you book thru a third party bookiing company you are treated differently I have stayed several times and always found the staff so friendly.
The location is fantastic and the staff has been awesome.

Great Customer Service. My husband and I checked in Thursday. A long line at check in. All the employees had a friendly smile on there face. Angel really stood out with me. As my husband and I have worked retail since we were teenagers now in r mid forty’s. Angels smile just made the line not exist Boston Hotel Buckminster you r lucky to have a great staff.
Beautiful hotel, close to fenway. Nice restaurant in the hotel.
