I would 1000% recommend this place. They’re so warm and welcoming especially during a really tough time in my family’s life. I lost my uncle and we were shopping for an urn. Michael I believe his name was the one who helped us and guided us in the right direction. The place smells calming. I know that’s weird but so is death sometimes. It’s a feeling, I was surprised to feel when you’re in there. They are appointment only. So you must call in advance. ****

I recently used Boston Cremation for the 2nd time and again was so please with communication and accommodations. They came to my home dressed respectfully when picking up my loved one that had passed away. Victoria in the office was more than kind and patient. Thank you for your sincere condolences.

Boston Creamation was compassionate, understanding and very helpful through the process of preparing us for the Creamation of our son. Mike, was the first person I spoke with, Victoria was the next person. They were wonderful and made the death of my son bearable. It is not easy for a parent to let go of their child, however with the help of these two people at Boston Creamation, I knew my son would be taken care of. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. David is at Peace now.
