This was a much better location to hold Comic Con. Spacious, and lots of seating available. The staff of BCEC were all friendly, professional and helpful. There were also a lot of options for food and drink. Valet parking was also a huge benefit. It was a good experience overall.
What a wonderful experience felt safe and staff was friendly and informative
Many of the staff were not knowledgeable of where certain things were occur in Comic Con. We asked several people what was upstairs and where the food was and none knew where. Very limited places to sit. The bathroom inside the event only has two stalls. The event appeared to be unorganized.
Great place very spacious. Very easy to find if need be.
Worst comic con ever. I have been attending the con since the Pru days. Way to commercial. Event staff were ill informed and not helpful. I got 3 different answers to the same question .Add in a police officer on the detail with an attitude. Made for a horrible experience. Most likely will never attend again
What a difference from past years when it was held nearby at the Trade Center. The convention center is far more spacious, and it was better organized. No longer having to lineup outside, there was ample room to wait inside before opening times. Having already attended previous shows such as the RV and boat shows, I expected a first-class run program for this weekend's events.
The center was nice the staff very helpful and friendly. I went to the Boston Comic con! I found it more crowed then last year very difficult to get around and look at the booths to crowed and the set up did not have wide enough space for the flow of the crowd! Very challenging to get food and water! The down stairs area had a line over 200 people that was moving slow the upstairs food area was about 100 or so people long . This line took 40 minutes to reach! Two cashier's
First off, anyone seeing ADA accommodation should just not bother. Was there for Comiccon. No lines for handicapped access. People with canes were struggling. The "extra staff" were not trained in the least. You will be overwhelmed if you are mobility challenged. Requested assistance twice. Total waste of breath. So unless you can afford premium access (for being handicapped) you will be dissed. I was really surprised by how clueless the Securitus staff was. Shrugs. I am new is not an excuse.
