Someone in your Boston Convention Center lost and found department needs to be responsible for my $1500 ipad. I was in Boston for the NEA Teachers Convention. My ipad got lost Friday - July 7th - I used my tracker and it showed it was in the Convention Center Lost and Found even though I checked there three times before I left. No one gave it to me. Clean, well laid out, acoustics had echo issues, affordable food is limited nearby.
The BCEC is one of the worst convention centers I have ever been. The accosutics were the worst, echoey, mics squealing, and really the bathrooms? What convention builds 3 stalls and urinals per bathroom. My favorite part was when the main speaker was speaking the ware house trucks were honking their horns and the whole convention heard it. When you have 13000 participants not good. I will never ever attend another conference at this venue.

Westin Hotel across the street has OK food. Seats were more comfortable than most convention seating. Accessible from the "T". Cons: Extremely limited food choices within convention center. Forget eating if you have any dietary restrictions. I overheard several people saying they got sick after eating the food. Sound system was horrible. As wit... read more
I recently attended the NEA-RA here this past week. It looks impressive from the outside, but the interior is less than stellar. The biggest problem were the acoustics, which were awful! But overall, it was a decent venue.
The Center itself was good. The food offered was not and super overpriced.
