Mediocre Just ok. Nothing is really special. The restaurant is small and dark and the food is simple. Their specialty is the philly cheese steak; which isn't bad.

Food was good as usual. Service started out great. It was a busy day for the servers so the wait for food was longer than normal but expected. Our server was very nice at first and prompt, checked on us but once our food came things went down hill. Have enjoyed coming to the Beanery since they opened in 1983! Always a go to when visiting Motown!! Seafood chowder and Boston Steak and Cheese is my go to meal!! Great prices and service each and every time!!
Great food, owners are super nice
Because I Acquired some coupons from WBOY. Called placed an order want to pick it up, They said we're not accepting coupons because of covid. They said We accept cash if its exact change or credit card. I said no thank you you just lost my business I paid good money for those coupons and you Would not accept them.
The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is amazing!
