I love these guys! Not only are they knowledgeable but support us as breeders especially when it comes to allowing our Olde English bulldogges to free whelp. This staff is absolutely amazing! We ♡♡♡♡ you guys!
I want to thank everyone at bostic for taking such good care of saydee while shes had these ear infections and helping me to know how to do her meds!!
Today Feb 4th I called to get an appointment for my dog to get her teeth cleaned I was told the earliest appointment was after March 1st my dog has been a patient for a long time and her vet there has treated her and knows her condition you think the staff could have given my dog a sooner appointment Im very upset I am changing veterinarians I asked Dr Bostic's office to fax my dogs records to the new vet I have to do what is best for my dog.
We have been taking our dogs and cats(our babies) to Bostics for 36 years. Excellent care and our babies love to go to see everyone.
We have been boarding our dog and having her treated here for almost 3 years. The people are great and our dog literally pulls us into the place when we arrive.
I took my pitbull to Bostic for an ear infection, he was treated and I paid with a credit card. A few weeks later I received a bill for $29.95. I called and challenged this bill and I was told I was not charged enough and I had to pay. I refused so they sent the bill to a collection agency. I was upset but I paid it to the collection company. Today, 1/28/2014, I took my pitbull back to Bostic for another ear infection and I WAS REFUSED SERVICE because I had a bill in collection (which had already been paid). Not only is this... read more
