By taking responsibility. 50.00 for an nails/ear cleaning (which is twice as much as Petco charges btw). Dog was only in the back for 5 minutes and his ears were still dirty. 3 days later his right ear swelled up with infection out of the blue. So then you charge me over 200.00 to treat the ear. The kicker was vet Nelson made excuse after excuse on how it couldn't possibly be from the "cleaning" and refused to even acknowledge it as a possibility. So bottom line...I just got fleeced...250.00 for an ear cleaning gone wrong.
I just started going to Bostic Vet on a recommendation from a dear friend after a horrific episode at Independence Vet. From the very first visit I was impressed. From the efficient staff to the extra care given in calming aromatherapy. They are very knowledgeable, capable and loving. I highly recommend them!
