Boss Optima really wowed us, we had a lot of stains in the high traffic areas and he was able to get all of them out. Our carpet looks so much better!
Boss Optima is a scam do not use them. I wanted my tile grout cleaned in my salon. Im out $1000. Have called so many times since April 26th. They keep telling me my complaint is being looked at. They did not do anything. First day no one showed up They finally found got a guy to come in. The grout still looked dirty the next morning and most of the rooms were not even touched. Do yourself a favor,find 2 young kids who want to make money give them a spray bottle of **** dish detergent and water and a brush. The young kids did... read more
