Haven't been here in 2-3 years and pleasantly surprised at the upgrades in new carpeting, fresh paint, and overall pride in appearance. I enjoyed the lovely spa and indeed this resort is under new management with new owners who care! Such a beautiful property, meticulously maintained. Here's what I would like to see upgraded : lumpy mattress has had a feather filled topping put underneath the bottom sheet and the sharp ends of the feathers worked their way through the sheet and kept stabbing me. Mediocre at best. Old furniture, a third rated place, unlike any resort I have ever seen, with first rate prices. A hill-billy shak-like motel, with lame service and stinky restaurant with worse service than the motel itself. Big mistake booking and staying there.

While we did not eat at the resturant nor use the spa the rest of the resort was wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with to include the front desk ladies to the golf course folks were exceptional. The golf course was in great shape. Will definitely be coming back.

Very peaceful & relaxing resort!! Pool was great, accommodations nice & Arches restaurant food was very good.

Booked this hotel for our visit to see the wildflowers. We were expecting just a normal hotel room, but were surprised with a 2 room suite. Clean and comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant or pool, maybe next time.

We've been coming here for about 15 years. It has slowly been going down hill. The hotel rooms are well worn the chairs almost send you to the floor. Musty smell, no secondary locks on you door. And the Arches even though we made are reservations well in advance and were told when we made them we were the first ones. Made and 3 nights reservations. I would be remiss if I didn't post to Facebook how pleased my family was with the hospitality and service we received from this beautiful resort last weekend! We were celebrating a treasure in our family, our Dad, on his 94th birthday. The hotel was so inviting, and the front desk staff, Tony, Veronica and Maribel were more than accommodating.
