This review is excellent because of the value of their happy hour! great way to try multiple plates and have good beer and drinks! neat looking place with great food - especially with our $5 plates and $2 beers from 3-6pm!
Fantastic food, wonderful service. Visited on a very loud, busy night, but our server never missed a beat.
I highly recommend the roasted pork dip sandwich for lunch. Borgne is one of my must-visit restaurants in New Orleans.

I give a 4-star only bc my waiter apparently didn't hear me request a 'starter' order of gumbo, or forgot it one. I had the Amberjack 'Fish in a Bag' meal, which was a very good, mild, not 'fishy', white fish. My wife had the 'twice cooked chicken' and was happy with it. I ate some of it too and liked it as well. This restaurant is located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel and is very casual. The staff was very pleasant and professional.
