We always enjoyed our stay at Borgata. Rooms are always very clean and beds are so comfortable that you will sleep like a baby. Borgata is very generous in giving monetary comps which you could use as cash especially when paying your hotel fees and dining to their restaurants.
The staff are always nice. The rooms are average. I personally find the casino to be boring. There is nothing exciting about it. Ate at Bread and Butter. They gave our food to the wrong table, never apologized for it but when I questioned where our food was the girl that I spoke to was rude about everything. Felt like she was accusing me of lying. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Won't make that mistake again.
Food at Angeline was terrible gave it a second attempt and it was way below standards for an iron chef!!! Never eating anything there but ricotta....don't do it folks!!!! But the bartender Shawn Caltagirone was amazing and needs to get credit for keeping the customers happy!!!!!!
My first time visiting and I was very pleased. The casino is well maintained and provided excellent service. I loved the atmosphere and the drinks were great. I had some wins which included hitting a jackpot within a couple of hours of arrival which was awesome. My crew really enjoyed themselves and I highly recommend. Thanks
I stay here at least once a year, the rooms are always clean and the food is fantastic anywhere you eat!
Was there this weekend great place . Staff is amazing, especially the cleanup up crew . Room clean . Very polite& friendly. My family stays there all the . Can't wait to visit again
I ate at the grand Opening of Angeline last night...Food was substandard at least I had the Brick Oven chicken and my wife the Pasta Bolognese. Both arrived after I would say 45 minutes and both were cold. The chicken was like rubber and the mushroom were hard and undercooked. I reordered the Chicken Parm and my wife the Lasagna!For the second time my wife's food had to be sent back because it too was cold! For $28 dollars I could've fried my own chicken and put one small piece of mozzarella and Ragu for about $5....other th... read more
Very nice hotel. Had dinner at Bobby Flays restaurant which was fabulous!!! Also ate breakfast at buffet which was good. Checkout could be better stood in line for 45 mins. Overall good experience.
