I went to a show at Borgata. Security was terrible. Security was stopping people from dancing, but they were allowing people to smoke. This is supposed to be a smoke free room. The guy in front of me was smoking all night. I smelled like a cigarette butt. I spoke to the security guard about this. I was told by security, " you get him to stop smoking"! Are you kidding me? What was security getting paid to do, besides watch the show? I will never go to any event at the Borgata again. This place BLOWS!
Tried to contact concierge because of a problem we had in metropolitan. Never heard back from them. I will not be back here and will take my money another place. An overnight stay in 2 rooms dinner drinks and desert will get me better service in any other casino.
My husband and I stayed at the Borgota for the first time this weekend. We gambled, ate well at the Old Homestead Steak House and their Buffet restaurant, and saw Fitz and the Tantrums in The Music Box. Security did their job but in a friendly way. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and check in took less than ten minutes.
