Buyer and sellers beware! This inspector is over-zealous and seeks out imaginary problems. I have had real estate agents who have been in the business for over 20 years tell me they have never seen such a ridiculous and discombobulated mess of an inspection. I hired the Vice President of CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) to go over his mess of an inspection and do his own investigation.
