They will never fix any issues with their apartments and will try to blame you for them when you leave and take your deposit for things like trash in the dumpster shady landlords all the way Do not rent from them, also we had to get rid of all our furniture and soft objects as their building had bed bugs we didn't have them before and we didn't have them after we left , they were too lazy/cheap to properly treat them and tried to blame us for it. This is my Grandpa's company and I just want to give a shout out to him for trying to help so many families find a home through his Home Ownership Program. I got to help out by going to some of the apartment sights and do some manual work and I also got to work in the office doing little things, I never really realized how much work was put into his buisness! I didn't get to spend much time with him but I think they meet with like 5 different families since I’ve been here! Hope they all get to find a new home!
