The server straight up lied to me about not allowing a 2-sip policy because they’re too much wastage and rudely told me off for asking. Please retrain your staff of proper customer services and the store’s terms and conditions before allowing them to work and spread misinformation.
The lady with long black braids who was serving me and was super “know it all” when I asked for a different drink which is related to their two sip guarantee , it was the berry peach it tastes like vape juice so obviously I’m not happy . She denied me but this isn’t correct because they literally have it on the website. My friend who works at another boost juice told me the same thing and she was definitely in the wrong . Disappointing because I love boost juice but I guess this locations doesn’t train staff all the same
