The Person who served me yesterday called me a derogative name as I picked up and thanked them for my drink. I was too stunned to say anything at the time. I did nothing to warrant such rude behaviour.

when at the counter the girl seemed super disinterested and rushed me. i ordered a large drink and after a 15 min wait they gave me the junior size. i then had to wait in line and tell them what happened and then had to wait longer just for them to give me a medium size of a watered down drink. wasn’t even busy either.
