Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I don't know why no one has rated this dentistry office before. They appear to be good folks. The office is smaller and may not be the most modern, but it is clean, neat, and the equipment is fairly new. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. They are curteous and interested in the patient. They have a lot of clients, but do not rush through procedures. They take the time to explain everything to you and answer questions. I went there for a root canal. Dr. Jones was very good. My molar tooth had 4 canals and was tough... read more
