Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes

When you meet someone for the first time, you want to make the best impression possible. Not so with Boone Creek Dentistry. I have been emotionally scared by dentists from childhood years, and very rarely will go to the dentist because I become physically ill. However, there are emergencies which brought me there today. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes

Not that I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Big sign on 120 says 5404 - its in the back, just wrap around to door "F"!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
