In early February I made an appointment with this office. They told me their first available appointment was the 28th. So that means February 28th……Am I right here? When I arrived today (February 28) the receptionist told me “No, your appointment is not until March 28”. She made zero attempts to correct their mistake and tried to put it on me. Why is no one ever accountable for their incompetency anymore. Bottom line…Doctor Glassman you just lost a patient because of your staff!
