Go to this dentist!!! This office actually makes going to the dentist fun. Very thorough and goes beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Great sense of humor with staff and I know that my teeth are in good hands!!!

After having the same dentist for 20yrs and having found myself having to switch dentist's was a little frightening.I don't mind going to the dentist as most peeps do,but insurance change and this was to be the the new home to my teeth:)LOL!!Anyway,I can't say enough kind things to say about Boone Creek!!The girls were nice and then the meeting of my new dentist,,,,Dr.Tannenbaum was great!!He addressed my issues asap and was very likable too.So to anyone being hesitate about going here don't be:)

I have seen and taken my children to Dr. Tannenbaum. He has been very professional and pleasant. However, the office is very tiny and cramped. I feel that could be overlooked if the reception staff was more welcoming and warm. I always feel like I am imposing on their time. The dental hygienists are great. Ladies....a smile goes a long way. Especially when patients are already dreading to go the dentist in the first place!!!!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No, but I didn't need a reminder Did you feel safe in this provider's care? No, I was scared Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Not at all, it was harder than a rock Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony!

Hygenist was very freindly. Reception staff always make me feel like I am an inconvienience. Don't trust the Dr. Seems he says we need care that I question - root canel or crown. Feels like he is adding extra servcies on. I have a friend who is a hygenist and she confirmed that some denist do that all the time. Always running late - usually up to 1/2 hour. Now I have learned to call first. Even than I wait 15-20 minutes. This last time I took the first appointment of the day thinking I would get in and out - they were 15 min... read more
