The front desk staff was wonderful the maids were very friendly everybody was really nice had a wonderful time only stayed one night but I would go back again

Amenaties were fun to enjoy, family had a great time. Although our room had not been cleaned called the front desk to see when it'd be cleaned, I was told they were having a hard time finding there cleaning crew.My Family and I were going to the kids zone, we happen to come across an employee that was cleaning a room. I asked him if we could have our room cleaned,he said he was only there to prep the room he was in for the next check ins. Also our room key had to be changed 3 different times,my room key still doesn't work.
Room quality was average. Entry door hit tile floor didn't open all the way. Shower door didn't close all the way. Refrigerator in room, freezer to small to fit blue ice pack. I ate at Mel's and Stake house Good food both places. Watch out for players club Free cash as the did not return the $25. In free play. As I played roulette and free cash is for machine play.
My wife and myself went for a ride to play in the snow. So we stopped out of the blue. We stay there or at the RV park a handful of times a year. I was playing a table game and ask the pit boss if he could get me a room. In just a few minutes we had a place to stay. The dealers and bosses are great �. There is a lot to say about the small casino feeling.
Room was beautiful! Lobster buffet was great! Kiddo enjoyed the Play area! So glad we took the time to stay here!
We had a great time at the New Year Party Everything was planned out for a fun night Thanks for the fun time
Always a good time, great food, nice comfortable rooms, we will always come back.
