1st I called for 4 days to reserve a room all I got was a recording. Called the other number on the recording & it took me back to the same recording. Finally called Best Western & was quoted $62.99 a night. Got the 1st night that price but the 2nd was $134.99. Part of the casino, & hall way to our room smelled musty like mold. I won't be staying there again.
We had a great time at BOOMTOWN!!...The staff and crew at the Venue were wonderful ....we even jammed a little with the house band!...FUN!!...Love the people of Reno/Tahoe....True Lovin' Jack Mack Fans!!!...Mark Campbell~Jack Mack and The Heart Attack ...
My room was not cleaned yesterday although I called front desk n housekeeping
The rooms were good.Went to the lobster Buffett it was awlful.The lobsters were super tough and chewy not worth the money.Went to Mel's for breakfast it was really good.
The rooms are nice but most of the restaurants don't open until Thursday so we ate at Mel's diner the service was awful the food was cold every time and was not good. I have eaten at several Mel's and never had that bad of service or food. The slots are so tight nobody was winning. �� just very disappointing for the first time staying here.
