We stay in Anderson a lot for getaways to casino. This specific trip was our annual Girls Weekend & the first time we had stayed here. We chose this hotel for the hot tub and lowest rate. So thankful we did! This is by far the best hotel in Anderson! Very accommodating, staff the friendliest we have encountered vs other local hotels, clean, best hotel breakfast I have had, and nice swimming pool and hot tub. We stayed in a suite. Room was pretty good sized. Beds had small square pillows that are too small for a regular pillow case and blankets are very thin for winter. Took the kids down to the pool. The kids pool with the slides was suppose to be open from 4 to 8pm. We got there a little after 4. Kids got to go down the slide twice and then they shut them off. - About 5 minutes after arriving I got in the tub to shave legs before swimming and there was hair in the tub and on sides. Ewww I called and they came up and fixed it. - There is a beverage mark on the heating system that is sticky that we are staying away from. My 2 year old was playing with it and I died of grossness. She knows not touch it now. - The coffee pot had some thick nasty substance in the place you put water. I called them around 4:00 today they didn’t bring me a clean one.
