Terrible staff. One person in particular was very rude and unprofessional. Would not go back
Father’s Day dinner at the steakhouse was a disaster. Took 1 hour to get our salads and 1:30 min for our food which arrived COLD! :( The manager took our food and promised to make it right. Unfortunately they just reheated our food so our prime rib returned over cooked.. I ordered it medium and it ended up being well. Been living in reno 16 yrs worst service in town period. hit a jackpot and machine froze up and they would not payout.they were rude and gave me a police escort to the door so no one else found out what happened

Well I actually haven’t stayed in the hotel but there’s always my next visit. Their Lobster Buffet is excellent. Salad was awesome. I will definitely be back especially if coupons are offered.
Food was good as per usual. The slot machines are still tighter than a nuns hair bun
Albert at the six shooter saloon is bar far the best bartender EVER! He is so on point with smile and drinks!! We will come back just to see him! He should be training everyone in the bar. Thank you so much Albert for your amazing customer service!
Good hotel with 2 big twin bed .... air con was in good working order at 60 and cool when we checked into the room on a Thursday compared to the hot clime outside maybe in the 100F ..... The following day a Friday we had the noted All-you-can-eat lobster buffet for lunch .... a highly recommended hotel indeed .....
They have a Keno Lounge .That alot of places in Tahoe have changed to slot machine area. We like to play keno in the lounge The lobster buffet is Okay. Machines Okay I like to play Roulette. So I'd say Boomtown is Great
