Great food and staff happy it’s back open
I like to support local especially with all that’s going on and I usually by take out from here a few times a month but not as much with the shut down. I got out today and towards that end of town and called to place an order. They referred me to the Waiter app... You can’t take my order over the phone? No. It’s a shame. Luckily there a lot of other places that want my money.
A joke!! You think during the pandemic that they would take orders on phone But no they won’t even answer the phone to tell you that they’re only doing online ordering only but then when you try to do that the website is so hard to navigate I’ve supported you for a long time my whole life that is now off the table for my house

On today 4/15/2020 I had the worst experience with Bonsai.. first me and my sister go through the drive thru and we were stereotyped “Waiter drivers” now there’s nothing on my car or did I have on clothes that advertised “Waiter”. So I checked my order and it was incorrect. When I tried to explain to the person at the window they both became agitated.
