Not at all pleased. I left the restaurant needing a double shot of scotch. I ordered steak & shrimp hibachi with onion as my only vegetable. The cook prepared the food so slowly that I had finished my meal before receiving the steak and onions. The food was too salty and the steak was cut up as small as diced ham on a salad bar. The cook was engaged in political conversation the entire cooking experience with another party at the table. I felt this was HIGHLY inappropriate and do not plan to patronize this business again.
The dynamite roll was delicious and I had so much chicken hibachi that I boxed more than half of it and enjoyed it the next day also.
We are always pleased with everything! The owner personally greets me and my family on most visits! I highly recommend a visit to Bonsai to dine!!

DO NOT EAT HERE! FOUND FLIES AND ROACHES IN MY FOOD!! THEY DO NOT TREAT AFRICAN AMERICANS WITH RESPECT EITHER!!! Do not continue giving them your money!! Calling the health department!
I didn't like it I had shrimp and scallops they were so tough like chewing rubber veggies still half raw Osaka behind Lakeland movie theater much better
