I have a recall for my Airbags. I called on May 21st at 9am. Man answered, asked if I had my car serviced there before. I told him no. Honestly. He took my name and number said he would call me back. At 3 pm, still no call from them, I called them back. Said they would call back tomorrow. LOL NOT professionals in my opinion, Here it is 8 days later and with being able to voice my opinion with the new social media available. I will NEVER recommend Bonnell Ford in Winchester Ma.
RecommendedBonnell Ford provides the best service that you can find at very fair prices! I have been to countless Ford dealers in my over 50 years of driving Fords. Bonnell Ford is over 30 miles from my house! But if I ever need important work done, I will make the trip.
I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Bonnell Ford. My car was totaled in an accident and I was able to buy my new car quickly and with no hassle. The salesperson Bruce was very helpful. I’m very happy with my new Fusion and would definitely recommend Bonnell Ford.

Wow!! I did not realize that a Ford Dealership could refuse to repair a safety recall on a 2018 F150 because I purchased the vehicle at another Ford dealer. So concerning and disappointing. A SAFETY RECALL!! Especially since I purchased my last Ford here. And that last Bonnell Ford purchase will be the LAST Bonnell Ford purchase I ever make.
I had the worst car rental experience with Turo and Bonnell Ford Rentals. I rent a car from December 14 until December 20, I asked if I could use the car at Uber, the answer was no, but I just asked a question. After this question I asked, I received an email canceling the car rental and my money would not be refunded. This was an abuse they took my money without me canceling, just because I asked a question. Amazing service from sales to service! We’ve recently purchased our 6th car from Bonnell Ford. We discussed our financial situation with Stephen Powers and he went out of his way to find us the right vehicle and worked with us right through to the financing. The service department is very accommodating and even though my Escape is way out of warranty I’m not sure I would feel comfortable bringing it any where else.
John Chalas was my salesperson at Bonnell Ford and he was great! He listen to what exactly I wanted, put me in exactly what I wanted. This is my third Ford Escape with Bonnell and I keep going back because the service is great. Everyone is super personable and great environment to walk into to. Highly recommend Bonnell Ford, whole experience great!
