RecommendedI was looking for a truck to haul different trailers, saleman Richard King totally explained what truck would do the job right, after asking him to help me find one used and in my price range, he told me in about a week he could find something to meet my needs. Well to my surprise I got a call in 1 hr. and saw it test drove it, bought it in an hour. Great experience, great customer service and service department for repairs is awesome

Our dealership bought a Ford Certified 2016 Ford Escape in 2018 from this dealership. It was advertised as Ford Certified and had the Ford Certified window sticker and all paperwork in glove box. Turns out this car was NEVER Ford Certified. Contacted Ford customer service and they confirmed, but were interested to see the paperwork and window sticker advertising such. I purchased a pre-owned Ford Escape through another local dealership 6mo ago. I started having issues and decided to give Bonnell a shot because the dealer I purchased from was no help at all. The Service Department at Bonnell treated me as if I was a life long customer and provided me with genuinely honest service which is hard to come by. Bonnell will deffinitely be my #1 option when it comes to any future service, vehicle purchases, and recommendations.
