My Ford Expedition presented a AC recall that was extremely complex. Not only did Bonnell Ford remedy the situation they did so with understanding and support. I was given a rental car for the duration of my time as well as fast a service as possible. Throughout the entire experience the entire staff was supportive and professional! Had a 2008 Ford F-150 that I bought off of bonnell ford, lasted 12 very good yrs with minor repair work. Decided I wanted a new one, Stephen L. Powers was my salesperson, very very good experience with Steve. Was awesome at the end of purchase, didn’t just hand me the keys and say congrats, he sat in the drivers seat and explained all the bells & whistles that came with my 2019 f-150 lariat super crew. I had two cars in for inspections they were fast and they let me know the car was in excellent condition after some new tires and a few other services. I feel safe knowing my daughter drives that car now and every time it is serviced! Thank you staff at Bonnell Ford
